Polemic Forensic provides services in both Australia and the United Kingdom that include litigation support, due diligence in relation to business acquisitions, the preparation of submissions in relation to industry restructures, fraud and associated investigations, unpaid wage and superannuation/pension claims and general business advice.

Business Principal

Ian Paul is the principal of Polemic Forensic. Ian is a qualified solicitor and accountant and possesses in excess of 20 years local and international legal and accounting experience.

Ian has chaired at a recent CPA Australia forensic accounting and fraud conference and has published in the Law Society Journal and on the Findlaw Australia website.

Ian has prepared in excess of 350 forensic accounting reports. Reports have been prepared in relation to matters including employee fraud, corporate disputes, financial derivative products, review of the application of government grants for stated purposes, professionl negligence, industry structuring submissions, loss of profits and goodwill, family law business valuations and disputes, superannuation and economic loss assessments.
