Business Principal

Ian Paul is the principal of Polemic Forensic. Ian is a qualified solicitor and accountant and possesses in excess of 20 years local and international legal and accounting experience.

Ian was the chair at a recent CPA Australia forensic accounting and fraud conference and has published in the Law Society Journal and on the Findlaw Australia website.

Ian has prepared in excess of 250 forensic accounting reports. Reports have been prepared in relation to matters including employee fraud, corporate disputes, financial derivative products, loss of profits and goodwill, family law business valuations and disputes, superannuation and economic loss assessments.
